The Pontiac Schools District Small Schools blog-site has been created to act as repository for information and conceptual & innovative thinking regarding focused efforts on small school transformation
As a former Navy person I could think of no better use of a former Navy facility!(Come to think of it I also worked for GM and Chrysler's!) Just absolutely fantastic learning opportunities abounding in a seemingly collaborative atmosphere. They really seemed to have the priorities of teaching and learning in place. I would have to believe that the students learn their periodic element tables, mathematics etc... much easier because they are really ENGAGED in their learning as a way of life, organically.
